ReplyDeleteTHE millionaire founder of weight loss and fitness company Aussie Bodies was a fat slob with body odour, gout and a drinking problem, who was difficult to live with, a court has heard.
Steven Outtrim's former live-in girlfriend Jennifer Del Bosco claims the multi-millionaire would rather play video games in his spa than spend time with her.
She has sued her former partner, arguing she deserves a $3 million slice of his fortune for her contribution to their failed relationship.
Mr Outtrim, 39, is estimated to be worth $69 million, according to last year's BRW Young Rich List. He made most of his fortune in 2000 when he sold his stake in his web design company Sausage Software for $66 million.
Ms Del Bosco blames him for their breakup in 2007, after a 2 1/2 year relationship, saying he got fat, drank too much, regularly ignored her and was controlling and dominating.
During their time together they lived in luxury homes in San Francisco, Byron Bay, Melbourne and Los Angeles.
"Outtrim) did not spend time with (Del Bosco) during weekends, preferring instead to spend time playing computer games, particularly X-box which he would play whilst sitting in the spa," Ms Del Bosco states in her Supreme Court claim. "(Del Bosco) was left alone on weekends despite her endeavours to be with (Outtrim)."
She claims he refused to brush his teeth, "had strong and bad smelling body odour", didn't use his personal trainer or a yoga instructor and suffered "gout-like symptoms".
The media-shy Mr Outtrim founded the company Aussie Bodies, which sells protein bars and shakes and uses ultra-fit models to promote its products.
"(Del Bosco) had a reasonable expectation from (Outtrim's) comments and relationship that ... (they) would marry but this never occurred," she claims. "(They) discussed and intended to have children of their relationship but did not do so."
She concedes Mr Outtrim spent $100,000 per month on her expenses, including flights in his private jet and use of luxury cars. .
They began their sexual relationship in August 2004 at a luxury Santa Monica hotel. The following month Ms Del Bosco claims Mr Outtrim asked her to "come and live with me".
The relationship ended on about February 22, 2007, when Ms Del Bosco claims she was thrown out of the Melbourne home she had been sharing with Mr Outtrim.
Mr Outtrim has not filed a defence to the claims.
The case is due back in court on May 8. A court spokewoman said the "parties (had) reached an agreement".

well i don't personally know anything about this story but i can independently vouch that jennifer del bosco has used another man for what she could get out of him. shame on you jennifer. i do feel for this steven outtrim guy to have been the recipient of such a vindictive personal attack. who says things like this about someone in public? nasty! anyone who chooses to associate with jennifer needs to keep their eyes wide open unless they don't mind being used.
