Last night I watched Parliament Question Time from the Semate. I was concerned to see a female ALP Senator in an obviously distressed state. I don't know her name, but she sits one level up from Senator Evans and was visible whenever the cameras were on him. She wore a black outfit with bright red trim. It looked to me as if she was upset about having to ask a question. Senator Conroy had turned around in his seat and was asking her something. She shook her head. She grimaced very frequently to herself. Her cheeks were moving uncontrollably. I went to get concerned.
ReplyDeleteThis afternoon's question time on telly was also from the senate. She seemed a bit more at ease. All the Senators except Carr were wearing RU OK badges, as was she. In an extraordinary moment, Sen Nick Xylophone was seen kneeling beside her and chatting.
What's going on? Is this lady having issues and, if so, why did Sen Xylophone intervene to ask if she was OK. Most politicians are a rabble, unconcerned about their fellows. No wonder Aussies hate them so much.
I saw that yesterday too. It looked like she was having a breakdown in public. Shocking, and horrible to watch. WHO IS SHE? Is anyone helping her?

I felt revolted. The lady sitting beside her looked worried, but did nothing. Nor did Senator Conroy who kept turning around, asking her questions even when she was looking uber weird. It was a harrowing broadcast. Was at work and didn't see the programme today either. I hope she is feeling better than yesterday--and getting support.
ReplyDeleteThe ALP shifted blond cutie Yvette D'ath in the Assembly, so she couldn't be seen behind the PM et al. She was replaced by a blond and brunette bimbos who spend all their time nodding and asking dorothy dix questions. So the ALP knows they are window-dressing. Why haven't they acted to help this lady in the Snate?
Jeez, I don't have eyes in the back of my head, and I am a bit busy at the moment with the NBN and trying to save the Gillard gaffe government from electoral disaster.

I'm waiting for the feature-length "Bent Bill and his Dynasty of Dung" and "The Pirate Prince Presidents of Melbourne University Students Union' with footage of the sons of several former senior federal and state ALP luminaries who disgraced themselves and their families by methodically robbing the Union of everything that wasn't screwed down. These guys were determined crooks. To the eternal disgrace of law enforcement, only one went to jail on tax charges. Woeful! Among others, Landeryou is still unpunished and free.
